Can I choose my own design?
Most designs can be catered for and we will try our best to match all colours and themes to your event.
How long will it take?
Generally once contact is made, I will email you an order form within 24 hours. Once returned to me, I will email you a proof (draft) of the text for your approval. Once your approval has been given, allow 3-4 days for me to create your design. Pick up or postage can then be arranged.
What if my candle is urgent?
Urgent orders can be catered for at times. If you require your candle with limited time, please send us a message or email and we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can.
Can I make up my own candle package with the amount I require?
Yes! Absolutely, just let me know what sizes you require and I can quote on any package combination.
Returns
As your candles are personalised for you, once they are complete there is a no return policy.
